§ Lead, manage and grow a results-oriented regional sales team
§ Responsible for sales team to drive revenue on a regional basis, including;
o Departmental budgeting
o Detailed marketing and business development strategy and implementation
o Aggressive development of new ideas and marketing initiatives
o Providing revenue and pipeline reviews
o Lead and plan regular contact with customers and clients to ensure business continuity and growth
o Work and lead sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies, assess revenue potential and define sales activity to grasp opportunities maximize revenue
o Assessment and grading of sales leads and project margin analysis
§ Promote and market solutions and services, persuasively negotiating win/win solutions and solution-based selling
§ Develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude, fostering a climate of trust and cooperation between the organization and their customers.
§ Aggressive development of new sales alternative channels
§ Development of new market intelligence and competitor information in order to increase market visibility to gain competitive advantage and customer win
§ Develop, improve and reinvigorate marketing and public relations strategies in order to increase exposure and maximize revenue-enhancing opportunities
§ To develop sound sales plans using key financial and market indicators, research and statistical analysis to evaluate options and opportunities are essential.

The Person
§ Business or Engineering Degree with more than 10 years of experience in selling customer solutions to the financial institutions and telecom operations is preferred.
§ Strong preference for those with regional exposure, team management experience, proven sales records, experience in developing new market and new products and with P & L responsibilities.
§ Experience working with multi-cultural team with sensitivity to the acceptable cultural norms of each.
§ Knowledge in smart card technology, applications, systems and markets is a definite advantage
§ Business-oriented with strong analytical thinking, ability to grasp broad picture without losing sight of important details
§ A high-energy individual with high personal standards for self and others
§ Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people across borders
§ Experience in the presentation of technical information in a clear and concise manner is expected.
§ Teamwork oriented and must be prepared to work 'hands-on'.

The primary role of this contract position is to provide software development services using JAVA and by employing J2EE technology. The JAVA Developer is expected to carry out development work and is expected to carry out testing of the application being developed and should effectively ensure the quality of the programs being developed. The JAVA Developer will be expected to work closely with our team of developers and business or technical consultants. The Developer should be able to operate both autonomously and within a team to enable the expected deliverable to be fulfilled successfully and as well, has to be self-reliant and must be able to work with minimum supervision.
