§         Lead, manage and grow a results-oriented regional sales team

§         Responsible for sales team to drive revenue on a regional basis, including;

The Person

 

§         Business or Engineering Degree with more than 10 years of experience in selling customer solutions to the financial institutions and telecom operations is preferred.

§         Strong preference for those with regional exposure, team management experience, proven sales records, experience in developing new market and new products and with P & L responsibilities.

§         Experience working with multi-cultural team with sensitivity to the acceptable cultural norms of each.

§         Knowledge in smart card technology, applications, systems and markets is a definite advantage

§         Business-oriented with strong analytical thinking, ability to grasp broad picture without losing sight of important details

§         A high-energy individual with high personal standards for self and others

§         Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people across borders

§         Experience in the presentation of technical information in a clear and concise manner is expected.

§         Teamwork oriented and must be prepared to work 'hands-on'.

JAVA Software Developer

 

The primary role of this contract position is to provide software development services using JAVA and by employing J2EE technology.  The JAVA Developer is expected to carry out development work and is expected to carry out testing of the application being developed and should effectively ensure the quality of the programs being developed.  The JAVA Developer will be expected to work closely with our team of developers and business or technical consultants.  The Developer should be able to operate both autonomously and within a team to enable the expected deliverable to be fulfilled successfully and as well, has to be self-reliant and must be able to work with minimum supervision. 

 

The JAVA Developer will be required to have in-depth knowledge of JAVA technology in particular J2EE.   Have working experience of JSP, JAVA Servlet and EJB.  As well have strong programming skills in those languages.  The JAVA Developer should have knowledge of database technologies.
